Tensalite™ Packaging Price List

Audio Analysts is pleased to announce our Tensalite™ Packaging System. This system is a result of over 40 years of touring experience in packaging sound systems for special events and large musical shows. All kinds of systems, large and small, can benefit from our experience and technology.

Our rack and cable case design incorporates the latest metal alloy technology and fabrication techniques, which produce a high strength-to-weight ratio. The exterior frame is formed from a custom extrusion, designed to give maximum strength while maintaining a low weight. The frame extrusion cross members are connected using a custom cast corner piece made from high strength Tenzalloy.

This high strength to weight ratio is essential to remain competitive in today's market, where truck space and weight load are at a premium. All sides, lids, tops, and bottoms are constructed of high quality birch plywood, which is then primed, painted and coated with heavy-duty grey epoxy paint, offering maximum resistance to the elements. (Custom paint colors are available at an additional charge.) These panels are easily repaired or replaced if accidentally damaged. We manufacture all parts associated with this packaging technology, from the frame all the way through to custom AC Power and Audio Input/Output panels.

We can manufacture our cases to fit standard truck sizes and shapes. Our racks are available in three widths as well as two depths. The single wide is available in 22.5"w x 24"d x 32"h, or 22.5"w x 30"d x 32"h. The double wide is available in 45"w x 24"d x 32"h, or 45"w x 30"d x 32"h. The triple wide is available in 67.5"w x 24"d x 32"h, or 67.5"w x 30"d x 32"h size.

Our cable trunks are available in either single or double wide configuration in 24" or 30" depths as well. Our drawer case comes with 4 sliding carpeted drawers (3 drawers are 3.25"H x 16.75"W x 20"D, and 1 drawer 6.25"H x 16.75"W x 20"D) and sliding computer shelf finished with black fronts.

All of our racks come with heavy-duty casters, optional wheel cups, light bars, swing-out rear rack access door, heavy-duty isolation shock mounts, large handles, internal door storage (sliding front and rear doors that store on each side of the rack rails), rear mounted swing-out door that is attached to shock-mounted frame, and middle or rear support mounting rails. All of our cable trunks come standard with heavy-duty castors, lid cable, and top latches. So whether your venue is a hotel ballroom or an arena-size stage, we can help.
